Photo Submission:

1. Take a photo of the blind’s label, located on the back of the header. This needs to be done for EACH malfunctioning blind.

2. Take a photo or short video of how the blind is malfunctioning.

3. Email to admin@flaschinteriordesign.com with your site address as the subject line.

Description of issues (for each affected blind)

How would you like to proceed? Please choose one option below (all instructions, labels, and printouts will be emailed to you once the warranty services is confirmed):

1 - SHIP: Package blinds as per instructions. Contact Purolator to pick up the package(s) which will be shipped to 2020 Blind Services. Blind will be returned via Purolator when fixed. Shipping costs covered by GFID.

2 - DROP-OFF: Bring blinds and printouts to 2020 Blind Services. Choose to have blinds shipped back or pick up when repaired. Make an appointment with 2020 for a scheduled drop-off. No fees.

3 - SERVICE CALL: A Technician will be sent to attempt on-site repair. Blinds will be taken to services centre if not repairable on site. Tech will return to reinstall when repair is completed. Approx $100 for each trip.
